About ME

Born and raised in Calgary and now living in Shawnessy SW, where I run my private gym out of my home. I share the space with my girlfriend and our three dogs, who are always happy to greet you at the door.

Outside of the gym, I’m big on hiking, camping, and spending quality time with friends and family. I’ve also got a bit of an unusual hobby: I restore old axes by hand. It started as a side project and turned into something I’m really passionate about. You can even find some of my work at Hartell Homestead located in the middle of Black Diamond and Longview.
